• Project Surveyor responsible for the effective management of a team of surveyors across multiple sites, since 2010

• Effectively programs and resources large scale construction projects, meeting the clients’ needs, time constraints and aligned with budget forecasts

• Plan revision and scheduled works are quickly assessed prior to activity commencement, allowing cost-effective recommendations (regarding design improvements, focused resourcing and schedule efficiencies) to be made to the appropriate Project Leads for consideration

• On-site design changes can be addressed, communicated and implemented with proficiency and accuracy, aiding in the achievement of wider project deliverables and timeframes

• Extensive experience with engineering, commercial and residential survey. The engineering works include a number of Brisbane’s largest infrastructure projects.

• High-rise construction surveyor, serving as control (precise monitoring) and method for inner-city Brisbane high-rise construction projects

• Quality assurance and plans are dealt with absolute rigor and pride on every job, and promptly delivered for execution

• Design calculation and accuracy checks are attended to consistently as a matter of key importance
